Return Policy
The User may return the requested product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The products have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The products are complete. All materials accompanying the orders must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order via email to returns@guendolina.com indicating the item(s) they wish to return, as well as the order number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that if your return is for reasons other than a justified defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Güendolina will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, Güendolina will not reimburse the shipping costs initially paid by the customer for the respective order.
Once the returned product is received, Güendolina will analyze and confirm its condition. If everything is in order, the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days. The customer will always receive the money back using the same payment method used for the original order.
In case of size changes or from one item to another, you will still have to request a refund and make a new purchase.
If you wish to return one or more items, you can request a refund using the same payment method.
If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Güendolina reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Güendolina is responsible for collecting the item(s) from an address chosen by the user. Please note that collections are only accepted from the original country of shipment of the respective order, excluding islands.
CHRISTMAS SHOPPING: Orders placed between November 27 and December 25 can be returned until January 8.
