At Güendolina, each dress is handmade to order in our atelier and local workshops. For this reason, the preparation time may vary between 3 and 10 business days, counted from the next working day after the purchase.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number, so you can follow it until it arrives in your hands 💛

We work with GLS for shipments to Spain and Portugal, and with UPS for the rest of the world.

If the delivery company experiences delays for reasons beyond Güendolina’s control, we recommend contacting them directly for updated information on your shipment. And of course, if you need any assistance, we’ll be happy to help you with anything you need.

International Shipments – Customs and Taxes

All purchases made through this website are subject to the current VAT rate in Spain.

For international orders outside the European Union, please note that your shipment may be subject to:

– VAT in the destination country
– Import duties
– Other taxes or fees as determined by local regulations

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order. Güendolina is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays caused by border controls.
