Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

The User may return the product(s) ordered 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

(a) The product(s) have not been used;

b) The product(s) maintain intact their original characteristics and labels;

c) The product(s) are complete. All materials accompanying orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order via email returns@guendolina.com indicating the item (s) to be returned, as well as the order number.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Please note that if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Güendolina will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, Güendolina will not reimburse the costs related to the shipping costs initially borne by the customer of the respective order.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Güendolina will analyze and confirm its condition, and if everything is correct, the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days. The customer will always receive the money back for the same payment method with which the order was placed.
In case of size changes or exchange of one item for another, the customer will have to request the refund and make a new purchase.

If you wish to return one or more items, you can request a refund by the same payment method.

If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Güendolina reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.

In case of defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Güendolina is responsible for picking up the item(s) at an address chosen by the user. Please note that collections are only accepted from the original country of shipment of the respective order, excluding islands.

CHRISTMAS PURCHASES: Orders placed between November 27 and December 25 can be returned until January 18.
