The User may
return the requested product (s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The products have not been used;
b) The product (s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The products are complete. All materials accompanying orders must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order through the email email@example.com indicating the item (s) they wish to return, as well as the order number.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Please note that if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Güendolina will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, Güendolina will not reimburse the expenses related to the shipping costs initially paid by the customer of the respective order.
Once the returned product has been received, Güendolina will analyze and confirm its status and, where appropriate, will reimburse the amount paid for the item (s) within 15 (fifteen) days at no cost to the user.
In case of exchanges, your return can be made by means of a voucher for the value of the returned item or items. Please note that any subsequent returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable.
If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund by the same payment method.
If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Güendolina reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Güendolina is responsible for collecting the item (s) at an address chosen by the user. Please note that collections are only accepted from the original shipping country of the respective order, excluding islands.
CHRISTMAS PURCHASES: Orders placed between November 27 and December 25 can be returned until January 18.
